language doesn't change

Hello,

when I click the flag the language doesn't change.

here the check result:

Joomla Version 3.8.0 is unkown.
Plugin   
Joomla Languagefilter Plugin is enabled
There are 2 plugins having the same loading postion as the Joomla Languagefilter Plugin.
JDiction Plugin is enabled.
Database   
jDiction Database Driver Legacy is selected
Language   
Seam to be good
Module   
Module is enabled
Common mistakes   
At least one category has the language set not to ALL.

I tried all tutorials I found

I installed jdiction whith joomla 3.8, so I don't know.
