jDiction running with Joomla! 3.8.11

Hi
Can you confirm jDiction runs under 3.8.11?
We have some issues the language switcher is not working correctly. It mixes up translations and language codes /de /fr.
You can check it here. http://senesuisse.ch try to switch several times between german and french.

Thats strange, jdiction.org is on 3.8.12 and is working fine....

Ok I think I fixed it!
RS Firwall added also a Plugin with -998 position. In this case the language plugin is not the first one loaded.
