Error after upgrading Joomla to 3.14

Hello,

after upgrading Joomla to 3.14, translations are not working anymore.

In the Administration Panel, when editing an article and choosing "translate" a blank screen appears an Apache logs:

[Fri Jul 26 11:35:43 2013] [error] [client 192.168.0.104] PHP Fatal error:  Class 'JFile' not found in /var/www/alancon/libraries/jdiction/form/form.php on line 192, referer: http://192.168.0.112/alancon/administrator/index.php?option=com_menus&view=items&menutype=navigation

(Problem is on my local test box, therefore the private IP)

Same problem when opening the translate window using different Buttons / ways.

Ok I will check this... I'm in the Joomla Bug Squad but didn't jdiction with the new version, sorry about that.
