Hi,

After following the documentation installation, I can see the flags in the home page but after clicking on a flag, it does not change the main menu.
If I click in an option of the main menu after language selection, I can see the right translation of my article.

Here is the result of the check :
Version   
Library Version: 1.2.0
Joomla Version 2.5.20 is ok.
Plugin   JDiction Plugin is enabled
Languagefilter is enabled
Multiple Plugins have the same loading position (0)
Database   jDiction Database Driver is selected
Language   Seam to be good
Module   Module is enabled
Common mistakes   It seams that there a no common mistakes.

2 possibilities for this behavior.

* jdiction plugin is not loaded at the first plugin
* your template or another plugin is not well written.

try to change the loading position of the plugin.
