They want to go ahead and send in the csv file to see what happens. So right now I am removing all duplicate text and faux text from all those holding pages I created.

Harald, when you say I should remove all unneeded entries (duplicated language entries for example). I should just delete all those holding pages I made all together, as they have English menus and page titles?

You told me that you have created menu entries for all languages for example:

Home in
* English
* German
* hungary

News in
* English
* German
* Hungary

and so on

if this is true, you only need the english version and you have to switch the language from English to All

so you have

Home in
* ALL

News in
* ALL

the same thing for content languages, also you have only one home entry, not one for each language (Joomla default way)

You should really try to understand jdiction before you do anything.

It translates "all" textfields in the translated language, without having multiple content articles.

Yes, I agree. I should learn jDiction more thoroughly. I don't think the documentation goes into that, hopefully I can understand all this better with reading through the forum.

I will remove all the other language pages, only have the one language English and then change that language to all.

I looked at JoomlaFish, and that plugin, does the translating it's self. Is that what jDiction does?  That is pretty amazing.
I am sending the downloaded csv to a professional translator and then importing it back after it has been run through the translators.
