jDiction 2.0 - update - how?

Hi. Didn't find any instructions how to update my 1.4.2 to 2.0.. i use last Joomla release. In the archive there are 6 different packages.. do i need to install them all.

Just Upload the zipfile in the Installation Manager.

ohh.. sorry.. didn't take my coffee yet.. thought it is unzip first :)
