Title: [Solved] Problem with activated SEO
Post by: gneumann on April 23, 2013, 07:08:29 pm
Dear all,

currently trying out that really nice component, I am facing a little problem I canot solve:
As soon as I activate the Search Engine Friendly URLs (Global Configuration : SEO Settings:   Search Engine Friendly URLs), clicking the language switcher will build up doubled language suffixes within the resulting URL - 404-Page not found errors are the result (See attached screenshot)

Any idea what is going wrong and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Gerd

Hi Harald,

thanks for the quick reply, attached you'll find the output of the check.
"Translations are not equal to frontend translations." What could it mean? I hope that I did all my configuration according to the documentation.
Thanks!

Gerd

Hi,

I removed the additional languages for the frontend, jDiction Check is o.k. now.
How to get the recommended version 0.9.9.2 ? The download area does not show that version?
Pls. give a short hint.

Many thanks!
