Post by: RaquelSV on July 25, 2014, 09:53:58 pm
Hello,

As I show in the image I can't select JDiction_mysqli from the databases.
Of course in the check file its said that I didn't select that database. But I don't have it.

Check:

Version
Library Version: 1.2.0
Joomla Version 3.3.1 is untested.

Plugin
JDiction Plugin is enabled
Languagefilter is enabled
Multiple Plugins have the same loading position (0)

Database
jDiction Database Driver is not selected

Language
Seam to be good

Module
Module is enabled

Common mistakes
At least one menu item has the language set not to ALL.
At least one content item has the language set not to ALL.
At least one category has the language set not to ALL.
At least one module has the language set not to ALL.

Thanks for your help,
Raquel

Your webhost doesn't support mysqli, maybe you get them to support it or we have to find another solution.

How quick. Thank you.

I have a virtual server, and I have access to WHM. Do you know if I can do anything?

Thanks,
Raquel

No sorry but I think you have support form the hoster and can ask him.

Ask for mysqli extension for php.
