Install & Configure jDiction / Site -> Global Configuration doesn't work correctly after jDiction installation.

I have got a few installations of Joomla and installed jDiction on one of them. I have noticed that after installation I cannot access Global Configuration to change database driver. It seems Global Configuration is not loading correctly. I have attached image of my Global Configuration page after installation of jDiction.
Is this problem described and solved anywhere?
