Install & Configure jDiction / Blank page in Front- and Backend after inst. jD1.4.1 on J2.5.28

Try to migrate my project from 2.5.28 to J!3. In 2.5.28 i update jD to Version 1.4.1., now i get blank white page in Frontend and Backend, can't login. What's wrong?

How can i migrate without crash?

no translations in frontend, not in Joomla-core-mainmenu-Modul, not in content, not in modul custom html. I get green borders around the flags ...
