Title: problem using Jdiction

hi

I am using Joomla 3.4. I Have installed the software and it seems that everything is OK. I installed the second language and the two flags are shown in the site. Next to each article/module there is a translation column... I translate the article/module, but nothing happens when I switch the language.

could someone help ?
