JDiction is working well with my site except for within the JEM component. If I use the language changer on an event it cuts out the middle of the URL resulting in a 404 Category not found.
For example:
/en/gigs/event/11134-ok-go
changes to
/ja/gigs4-ok-go
You can see /event/1113 is missing.
I noticed a similar problem posted at http://forum.jdiction.org/index.php/topic,621.0.html (http://forum.jdiction.org/index.php/topic,621.0.html) but without a solution.

Yes there is a problem and maybe not easy to fix...
-
OK...
Is it a problem with JDiction? Or some components like JEM? Or templates (I tried several templates and it occurred with all except the Helix framework)?
-
The Problem is that JEvents does some strange magic in there urls and this could not be detected by standard jdiction url rewrite function.
There must something developed for this extension that handles this case... but I don't have the time for this atm.
-
It would be great if there was some kind of solution to this problem.
I really want to use JDiction on the site. It works so well with everything else.
The URLS all work correctly with Falang (but it has other problems...)
By the way, it was with JEM, not JEvents.

Did you use jDiction 1.4.1? Maybe it change something but can't promise...
-
Yeah, I tried 1.4.1.
Also, I noticed it works with SEF URLs turned off.
-
have you a link to the extension so I can download it??
-
