Install & Configure jDiction / 500 JHtmlBootstrap::startTabSet not found.

I get this error when I go to the article I want to translate and hit "translate".
On the front end, the language options are there, I can click between them (English UK & Spanish) but because I haven't translated any articles (because of error) there are no language changes.
------------
The database is: jdiction_mysqli
The language I want is installed: Spanish (es_ES) - and also added the language in "Content Languages"
The modules (jdiction module and position) are published/enabled and active: jdlanguage position: stick-leftbottom
The plugin is enabled: System - Language Filter
------------
The front end language selection in position "stick-leftbottom" (where I placed it) is working and I can switch between them.
Here's the error again: "500 JHtmlBootstrap::startTabSet not found"
Any thought?
EDIT*** I am using version 0.9.9.10
