Title: Can't see the translations
Post by: Michael on February 05, 2013, 03:07:01 pm
Hello,

In the backend of the website everything works fine. I can put in the translations to other languages and on my website itself you can see the different languages (no flags for GB and dutch??) But if I want to see content in a different language then the original one, there is no content anymore. I haven't translated the complete website, but i should see some content? Like the news, which I put some content in all languages on.

Version

    Library Version: 0.8.9.3
    Joomla Version 2.5.9 is untested.

Plugin

    JDiction Plugin is enabled
    Languagefilter is enabled

Database

jDiction Database Driver is not selected

Language

Translations are not equal to frontend translations.

Module

    Module is enabled

So It has to do with the database driver? And where can i find this? Thx for the fast replies!

There are several problems.

First you set the language for all entries (menu, article, category, module) to dutch, this have to be "All" if you want to translate this item with jdiction.

the second seams to be a missing file in jdiction, but I could not upload a new version because you didn't give me the rights for this, you will find a newer 0.8.9.3 release attached please install this file.

Thx a lot already!
I uploaded the file, should there be a difference now? The homepage has the translation now, but the, for example, news page doesn't work.
