The jDiction Module doesn't add any url suffix.
instead of creating progravur.ch/en/products.html
it creats a link on the flag without .html
so it does not use the joomla config setting, add suffixes
it also seems that from time to time the index page gehts an index.php and results in a 404error.
it happens when you often switch languages.
Other bugs.
If a client uses frontend editing and changes the language to another one, it does overwrite the mainlanguage article.
So, frontend editing would be good to have. Or make sure, that it always redirects to the mainlanguage and clients cannot override something in frontends.
Would be a great thing all over with these little issues fixed ;)

hmm the .html suffix is a bug that should be fixed.
The frontend thing is a bit tricky because I didn't used.... but should be worked on
