Title: 500 Internal Server Error
Post by: suske65 on April 22, 2016, 03:00:59 pm
Hello,

Installation of Diction went well, also the translation of some text.
But when i turn on SEO (Global Configuration : SEO Settings:   Search Engine Friendly URLs) i get the 500 page Internal Server Error..
I think it is something in the .htaccess but i can't remember what.
Any clue?

Thanks in advance!

Frans

I don't think that has anything todo with jdiction.

in the .htaccess you may have to set the basepath but I'm not sure.

Found it! It has nothing to do with jDiction. But for those who kicks in the same problem, here's the solution:

The error comes from the line 'RewriteBase'  in .htaccess , it points to a invalid path. I put a # before it and the SEO URL works like a charm!
