Title: Since 3.6.2 update, translator has been bugy

Hi, not even sure where what went wrong but since the joomla update, the translator has been very random, if I choose the other language it will translate en give me the secondary language on the modules but the menu and content stays the same and if I refresh the page some time it will actual switch and be the correct language.

Joomla Version 3.6.2 is ok.
Plugin   
Joomla Languagefilter Plugin is enabled
There are 1 plugins having the same loading postion as the Joomla Languagefilter Plugin.
JDiction Plugin is enabled.
Database   
jDiction Database Driver XML View is selected
Language   
Seam to be good
Module   
Module is enabled

the Joomla languagefilter is not the first loaded plugin that could be a program, jdiction has to be the second loaded plugin.

it is the joomla update plugin and should not be the issue but I did change it- and stil no luck?

The problem you report is normaly the problem with the loading position of the joomla plugin... could you give me a super user account to the installation per PM?
