General Questions / Re: Language not changing (Split Topic)

Thank you, Harald... this did not appear to be an issue with the component, but rather at the webhost's end.
Fixed now, it seems.

Again - thanks for you help.

Yes, I ran the check... results were in last reply.
And yes, db driver is selected.

Ok, recap

Joomla 2.5.27 and JDiction 1.3.1

Check:
Yellow = Joomla Version 2.5.27 Unknown (?)
Red = Tiny MCE not default editor

Where do I see/check if db driver is selected, please?

Symptoms:
1. Translation now showing in Chrome (not FF, not IE) - since update to 1.3.1 just now
2. Everything in the back end looks/functions as expected

Pardon me all to pieces. I figured, I'd chime in since I seem to be having the same issue.

Hi there!
I've been using jdiction for quite some time and it was working perfectly. Just today, my client made me aware that the translations are no longer working in the front end. No menu translations, no content, nothing. Plugins are first ones published. Joomla 2.5.27.

Any ideas?
In the meantime, I'm gonna see if there's an update available.

Thanks,
Gina G.

General Questions / Re: Modules
« on: March 05, 2013, 08:45:44 pm »
You're right.. I don't think it has :)
I believe it is JCE editor... I temporarily disabled all editors, inserted my html into the module translation.. and voila :) Thanks, for offering to look at it, though.

Are you aware of any conflicts with JCE?

Hmmm. Well, they definitely don't here.
Have a look at http://www.lambac.org/dev/en and http://www.lambac.org/dev/fr does not show when selecting French.

Hi there,
Thank you, thank you, thank you for this component.

One thing I cannot seem to figure out:
Several modules should be shown in both languages, but even after selecting the language (ALL) in the module itself, it only shows on default language page/link. Do modules have to be duplicated and assigned their own language, even if the content is identical?

Thanks for replying!
