Extensions and jDiction / dj-catalog2 to be translated in JDiction: a tough job?

Hello Harald,
at this link: http://dj-extensions.com/dj-catalog2 you may have a look at this fine and powerful directory/catalogue solution. Obviously it needs to be translated in my multilingual website.
The developers states regarding multilanguage support: "You can use one of the most popular multilanguage solutions for Joomla to translate DJ-Catalog2. We've prepared content elements for: Falang, Joomfish", but there are no language pack available that I have access to. My greatest need is having the products translated.
Would it be a tough job preparing an xml file with the relevant metadata? Would it be enough or what?
Just ask for any info you might need
