It works only if is selected Jdiction_mysqli and deleted all #__jd_<number>... tables.
If is selected new Jdiction_mysqli_viewxml nothing work, because in data base come back #__jd_<number>... tables.

2
From the picture in my first topic we can see that clean joomla generate all tables with collation utf8mb4_unicode_ci, but jdiction create table jd_store with collation utf8_general_ci

I deleted all #__jd_<number>... tables and what I need to do next?

Hello

I have installed clean Joomla 3.6.2 and jDiction 2. My check page:

Version   Library Version: 2.0.0
Joomla Version 3.6.2 is ok.
Plugin   Joomla Languagefilter Plugin is enabled
JDiction Plugin is enabled.
Database   jDiction Database Driver Legacy is selected
Language   Seam to be good
Module   Module is enabled
Common mistakes   It seems that there are no common mistakes.

1) When I want to make a global Check-in I have next error 1267 Illegal mix of collations (utf8mb4_bin,NONE) and (utf8mb4_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation 'ifnull' SQL=SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `#__jd_1_categories`

2) in sql are some strange tables like jd_1_categories, jd_1_contact_details, jd_3_categories ..... with status In use.

3) in Global configuration, in Database Type are two options: Jdiction_mysqli, Jdiction_mysqli_viewxml. Which one do we need to select and what the difference?

Extensions and jDiction / Cobalt CCK + Jdiction

Hello

I'm trying to translate Cobalt with Jdiction, but have some problem with wrong alias.

Problem is with language switcher, nottranslated alias in url to another lang.:
/ru/avtobusnye-tury/kategorija/1-strana/2-avstriy <-- This is url where i'm now
/lv/autobusu-celojumi/kategorija/1-strana/2-avstriy <-- This is url when I change language
/lv/autobusu-celojumi/kategorija/1-valsts/2-austr <-- This is url if I reenter in the same category on another language.

Is it a bug or I have something wrong in my xml?

General Questions / Re: Problem with blog article alias

Hello.
No, it doesn't solve it. I try 1.1.9.1 and 1.1.9.2 and in both versions after language change I am redirected to parent category not in to translated article.
I check a source and here is something strange with urls...

<base href="http://domain.com/en/blog/6-bichon-frise" /> <- this url I see when I first time open article and it's correct url
<link href="http://domain.com/en/blog?catid=6&amp;id=6:bichon-frise" rel="canonical" /> <- why this url are non-sef?
<link href="/lv/blogs" rel="alternate" type="text/html" hreflang="lv-LV" lang="lv-LV" title="Blogs" /> <- this is in version 9.1 and 9.2 and itš wrong alternate

code in lang module is
<a href='/lv/blogs' target='_self' class='jDlang lang lv-LV' title="lv - Blogs" >lv</a>

General Questions / Problem with blog article alias
« on: April 29, 2014, 06:33:19 pm »
Hello

If article is associated with menu, switching between another languages works without problem and each link has translated alias.
But if our article is in Category Blog here we have an error with alias. Default article is with link for example domain.com/en/blog/11-alias when we switch to another language our link will be domain.com/lv/blog?view=article&id=11 . Is it a bug or I have something wrong in settings?

Here is my check:
Version
Library Version: 1.1.0
Joomla Version 3.2.3 is ok.
Plugin
JDiction Plugin is enabled
Languagefilter is enabled
Database
jDiction Database Driver is selected
Language
Seam to be good
Module
Module is enabled
Common mistakes
The default editor is not tinymce, jDiction does only support tinymce at the moment.

Extensions and jDiction / JDiction and Xmap
« on: October 11, 2013, 02:21:03 pm »
Hello
How to use Xmap with Jdiction?
Site have 3 languages, but sitemap is possible to generate only for default language...
If to try generate sitemap for another languages we will receive next error 5 - cannot calculate position of ('ru-RU','*') within ('ru-RU','*')LIMIT 1

Standart link for sitemap is ?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1 and it will generate default language map.
If to use link ?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1&lang=ru we will receive an error.

Maybe is another solution with sitemaps and Jdiction?

Thanx for idea... after component/plugins/modules unpublished tests... problem is found.
It's News Show Pro GK5, when module is unpublished, translation works, when module is published on site is error 1064
