Joomla Version 3.4.8 is untested.
 
Plugin     Joomla Languagefilter Plugin is enabled
              JDiction Plugin is enabled.
 
Database  jDiction Database Driver is selected
 
Language  Seam to be good
 
Module  Module is enabled
