I thought of "ifaming" this, but I figured there would be a huge problem with this solution - the address in the adrdress bar won't change a bit when I click around the site. Isn't that right?

Since multiple domains aren't supported well by Joomla, I've created copies of my website - one for each language, put them into separate folders and made the domains point directly to them. For example domain.fr is pointing to folder /site/french and domain.es is pointing to /site/spanish.
I was hoping that this would end my suffering with this webpage, if I now only change the default language in Joomla settings for each one of the instalations. For example in the page domain.es I choose the default site language to be Spanish hoping that now when I enter the site it would take me to domain.com/es. But unfortunatelly it doesn't work. When I enter the site, the address changes to domain.com/pl (polish was the primary default language of the site).
Is there some way to go around that?

Yeah, I kinda fixed it, but it's very strange and I think it may be some kind of bug.
As it turned out only those aliases that were translated into a single word displayed 404 when opened.
But if the alias is translated with a hyphen - it magically starts working.
For example http://interclick2.home.pl/projekty/steps/fr/blanc wasnt working, but http://interclick2.home.pl/projekty/steps/fr/blanc-fr is working just fine!
So I put hyphens into all the translations of aliases and now it seems to be working all right.
Very strange though...

Is it possible to apply multiple domains to the site translated with jDiction so it would have different domains for different translations?
What I mean is:
I have a page domain.com, which I translated to different languages with jDiction so now I have:
domain.com/en/
doman.com/fr/
domain.com/es etc.
But I bought also country specific domains:
domain.fr and
domain.es
And I want them to cover the real address of the site which is domain.com/xx/.
Is it at all possible? I've tried the component called Virtual Domains, but with no luck.

Wow, that was fast reply:)
Anyway, as you see the alias is as simple as it could ever be - just "black", and it doesn't work.
Is there something I could try and do to make this experimental function work on my site?

I'm trying to translate the aliases for the menu items along the titles and for some reason I cannot make it work.
When there is no translation for the alias, the site runs smoothly on every language. But when I type an alias translation, I get 404 when I click this manu item on the translated webpage.
Examples:
alias not translated: http://interclick2.home.pl/projekty/steps/en/stopki-damskie-bezowe
alias translated: http://interclick2.home.pl/projekty/steps/en/black
I'd be very grateful if someone could help me with this.

It seams that there a no common mistakes.
