Url error when changing language

If I choose a different language from the front end of my website, the browser jumps to a URL www......./index.php/gb/nl or www......./index.php/nl/nl
The next page is: #404 Article not found

When I delete the last 3 characters of the URL (/nl) I get the correct page.
Can anyone tell me what I´m doing wrong?

Please install the version of jdiction from this thread: http://forum.jdiction.org/index.php/topic,386.0.html

But I'm not sure if it fixes the problem. If not, please post the output of the check page.
