English Flag doesn´t apears

Hi I installed the portuguese and german language, but I can´t get to see the english flag.

The english language is installed by default in my joomla 3.1.5 version. The three languages appear in my backoffice in every article, etc but in the frontpage I can only access the portuguese and german language.

What is wrong???

maybe the permissions are wrong

The screenshot of the "content" language (left side 3rd button) would be better.

Made it. Access was "Guest" in the English (UK) llanguage and I changed it to "Public".
