Blank page in Front- and Backend after inst. jD1.4.1 on J2.5.28

Try to migrate my project from 2.5.28 to J!3. In 2.5.28 i update jD to Version 1.4.1., now i get blank white page in Frontend and Backend, can't login. What's wrong?

How can i migrate without crash?

Ugprade to Joomla 3 first and then to jDiction 1.4

We no longer support Joomla 2.5 with jDiction 1.4+ but upgrading to Joomla 3.3 should not be a problem with jdiction < 1.4
